Designer Showhouse Appeal
Open to Upper Division Women (Junior/Senior) students enrolled at Southern Methodist University. Built in 2016, this four-story 29,000 square foot facility offers fully furnished double occupancy study suites for 40 women. Each room is typically 500 square feet and individually heated and cooled with self-contained controls. Community floor bathrooms and main floor "Mini-Kitchen", multiple study rooms and comfortable community areas.
Worry-free Accommodations
On-site management provides housekeeping for common areas, free on-site washer/dryer, wired and wireless internet, card-controlled access, fire and security monitored by SMU Police, and no additional utility fees. Single occupancy (limited availability) and one term room rentals are available. Residents are required to have meal plan through SMU or their Panhellenic house.
Ideal Location
Conveniently located across from the SMU campus at the corner of University Boulevard and Airline Road, near the Dedman Life Sciences Building. Easy to walk or bike to class and nearby university-controlled parking is available. Facility is owned and managed by Facility Corporation of Beta Sigma.
