Even though Kappa Alpha Theta is returning to SMU in the Fall 2026, we will still have Residents for the 2026-2027 Academic Year. Theta will not use the house for Recruitment Activities in Fall 2026. New members of Theta will not live in the house until Fall 2027.
We prefer roommates apply together. Each roommate will need to submit an application. We generally do not match up roommates.
Yes, there is nearby university-controlled parking available for purchase through SMU.
Yes, all residents are required to purchase a meal plan through SMU or their panhellenic house.
