Double $14,000 academic year / $7,000 per semester

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000 

Due when submitting a fully executed Room Rental License.

Room Fees are PAID IN FULL by semester: 

Fall '26 due JULY 1st

Spring '27 due DECEMBER 1st

This form is not a contract nor confirmation of housing. A Room Rental License (RRL) will be given to a Resident upon approval and must be returned within seven (7) business days. Only a fully signed Room Rental License and Facility Rules, along with receipt of a security deposit constitutes a binding agreement.

*per an agreement with SMU, current or former members of Kappa Alpha Theta or 'The Society' are not permitted to live at 3108 University Boulevard.

3108 University Boulevard is owned and operated by the Facility Corporation of Beta Sigma.
