Residents MUST BE upper division (Juniors/Seniors), full-time female SMU students at time of move-in* 

*per an agreement with SMU, current or former members of Kappa Alpha Theta or 'The Society' are not permitted to live at 3108 University Boulevard.

2025 - 2026 Room Rental Rates: 

Academic Year 2025-26:       

Double $7,000/semester 

Single $11,000/semester

Single Term Fall '25 or Spring '26: 

Double $8,000/semester 

Single $12,000/semester

Deposit: $1,100

($1,000 Security Deposit/$100 Resident Fee)

Room Fees are PAID IN FULL by semester: 

Fall '25 due JULY 1st

Spring '26 due DECEMBER 1st

This form is not a contract or confirmation of housing. A Room Rental License (RRL) will be given to a Resident upon approval and must be returned within seven (7) business days. Only a fully signed Room Rental License and Facility Rules, along with receipt of a security deposit and resident fee constitutes a binding agreement.

3108 University Boulevard is owned and operated by the Facility Corporation of Beta Sigma.
